Langston Barnett


Role within the UnderShadow Series

The younger brother of two highly active young men with different and distinctive traits. He too learned many things as they went to live with their Uncle in the wake of the murders of his parents. Khaleel would not allow Langston to get direct tutelage of the narcotics trade. Langston found violence as a refuge for his anger and disgruntlement. He would periodically unleash his rage on the community as older kids made the poor choice to select him to bully and attempt to intimidate. Both of his Uncles grew concerned as they became aware of Langston's increasingly violent episodes. They both would declare he reminded them equally of Taylor's Father Denard.

Langston immediately seeing the potential for Taylor and equally for himself if he can successfully convince his older cousin in bringing him along for the ride. Langston instantly recognized how this was an opportunity to do things he'd only had imagine before. His penchant for aggression and combat grew with every encounter. He was ready to delve deeper into the arts of combat and prove to himself what he was made of.
