Demetrius Fortune was and will be forever known as one of the most astute and specific students of the political game. Son of a D.C. patrol officer, who walked the same beat for over twenty-five years, Demetrius learned very early the value of service and the power of community. His Father taught him many things. The community and its proximity to the hub of national and international politics and power, leverage, and influence taught him the rest.

 

A Veteran, who returned home and wasted no time before he leveraged those experiences and other attributes into becoming the youngest Delegate of D.C. in its history. Demetrius' rise to power was swift and precise. Infectiously Demetrius took to Capitol Hill, as well as the entire city of Washington D.C. like never seen before in any municipality before with zero mercy. Legacy alum UnderShadow affiliations allowed Demetrius to take his position and leverage it into real power. 

 

Demetrius forged his vigilance, relentlessness, and due diligence to weave together several networks and alliances amongst the political and intelligence communities that existed prior to his ascension and some created by his own hand in Washington D.C. His ability to persuade and influence was unmatched. His involvement in matters clearly demonstrates how extensive his reach is without bounds. He is consistently masterful at playing his cards consistently "right".
